ECS Engineering has finally solved the problem of making a magneto work on a Harley Davidson. Thru an extensive R&D program and testing on both ends of the country with ECS Engineering in North Carolina and BCR Engineering in California, we have solved the problems of timing-speed-vibration.

Our secret is our drive adapter that bolts on the end of the magneto.  With this drive unit we solved the problems of timing for a Harley Davidson and the problem of the speed at which the magneto is turned.  By solving these two problems you can get a handle on the third problem, vibration.  This gives the most reliable and hottest ignition system you can have for fuel racing.

Our magneto with the adapters are very reliable and the spark is very hot and consistent throughout the RPM range.  This is the ignition system that can help put H.D.'s in the 5.90's bracket.
